CY Partners launch new recruitment database

To support our continued growth, CY Partners are pleased to launch their brand new fully functional recruitment database.
The system uses intelligent and innovative technology, which enables CY Partners consultants to fully manage the recruitment process with minimal amount of administration. The searchable tool on the database picks out key words, inputted by the user. CY Partners consultants have a scientific, engineering or related backgrounds themselves so utilising that knowledge makes the keyword search tools very powerful indeed; The search can actually be related to specific areas and key words to extract the skill sets which our clients require.
In today’s economic climate, when traditional recruitment companies are cutting back and deviating from their niche specialism to achieve in many cases unachievable targets, CY Partners are in a very strong position, holding on to their specialism and providing a targeted recruitment service.
