Our client is in a massive growth phase, and so have a vacancy for a Product Manager to be in the UK Headquarters, in Hertfordshire.

The Product Manager will be directly responsible for the company’s product planning and execution through the entire product lifecycle, including: collating and prioritising product requirements, managing customer relationships, defining the product vision and working closely with all functions of the business including sales, marketing and engineering, ensuring revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met.

The Product Manager's role also includes ensuring that the product supports the company's overall strategy and goals.

The candidate will rely on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Leads and directs the work of others without formal authority; must be a collaborative team member. A wide degree of creativity is expected.

The successful candidate will have experience as a Product Manager or Product Marketing Manager and be able to demonstrate success in defining processes and launching products. Excellent teamwork skills and a proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority are essential.

Applicants are expected to have a Bachelor’s Degree (Engineering/MBA degrees) and have technical expertise in either LEDs and or laser diodes.
