Due to continued growth and development, CY Partners have openings for experienced recruitment consultants to join our team in Newcastle upon Tyne.
CY Partners recruit within the broad based scientific and engineering community, and have a client base throughout the UK; ranging from independent start-ups, to multi sited global organisations.

As a recruitment consultant, you will feel comfortable talking to scientists and engineers at all levels, and have the commitment to deliver first class customer service to your clients at all times. The focus of the role will be a mixture of new business generation and key account management to deliver on both temporary and permanent vacancies. Your role will not purely be desk based. You’ll be meeting technical people face to face, and also have the opportunity to travel nationwide as part of your business development programme. You’ll need to be organised and have the winning mentality, tenacity and natural flair to build long and lasting business relationships.
Based in Tyneside, our offices are situated only a short walk away from Newcastle Quayside and Newcastle’s Central Railway Station. We also offer free parking on site. You’re package will include a competitive salary and also a healthy commission structure.
