The role will involve developing and growing the customer database and monitoring accounts and sales activities utilising spreadsheets and Reports.
You will be required to increase sales within current clients through pro-active account management and identify possible new account holders.
Applications welcome from candidates with experience within a Customer Relations department and with an in-depth knowledge of customer databases and working procedures.
Must have experience and be skilled in presenting business information in report format including the use of graphs and tables hence a good working knowledge of Microsoft packages and Crystal Reports is required.
Good organisation skills, customer service focused, with an excellent telephone manner and a high level of literacy.
