Terms and Conditions for the Refer a Friend Voucher

1. The promoter is CY Partners, registered at Gateway West Business Centre, NE15 8NX.
2. Details of how to enter for the Refer A Friend voucher are available via our social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter) and on our website.
3. The first referral will be the only referral accepted for a successful applicant.
4. CY Partners reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion and these terms and conditions.
5. To be eligible for the Refer a Friend Voucher, you must currently be registered on our database and the referred friend must be made aware to us on a valid referral form. The candidate must not already be known to us or registered with us.
6. The promotion provides a £250 voucher for a restaurant / shop of your choice when the friend that you referred to CY Partners accepts a position. 6i. The prize is only valid if the referred friend is offered a position. 6ii. The placed candidate must then remain in their employment for a minimum period of three calendar months. 6iii. After three calendar months, you will then be entitled to your prize. 6iv. The winner will be notified by email / phone call within 28 days of the three-month period. 6v. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the voucher.
7. The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
8. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Twitter or any other Social Network. You are providing your information to CY Partners and not to any other party.
9. To enter, simply send your friends name and contact details to [email protected]. If your friend is successful, we will contact you via this email address to confirm your £250 voucher.
10. Your name may be stated when the referred friend is contacted by CY Partners.
