CY Partners are currently recruiting an Analytical Chemist for a rapidly growing CDMO based in Sunderland. This is an exciting opportunity to work for a growing company in a modern well-equipped laboratory providing support to research and manufacturing departments.

In this job role your responsibilities will include using a wide range of chromatography and spectroscopic techniques to analyse and identify compounds. The main analytical techniques used will be HPLC, GC, FT-IR, LC-MS and wet chemistry techniques. Although not essential, experience with method development and working to cGMP would be desirable.

Requirements:

• A BSc Degree in Chemistry (or closely aligned subject) or equivalent experience.
• Proficient in techniques such as HPLC and GC.
• Good communication skills.
• Self-motivated.
