Behavioural Science Analyst

A unique opportunity has arisen for an experienced behavioural science analyst or researcher to join a global pharmaceutical company at their site in Brentford. The main focus of the role is to support the development of the Global Ethics and Compliance Behavioural Science service; designing, implementing and evaluating interventions to drive the ‘right’ behaviours across the organisation, supporting and enabling good judgement and ethical decision making.

It will support the Director of Behavioural Ethics in leading the global compliance strategy to embed company values and expectations into the organisational culture including the design, delivery, analysis, reporting and improvement of the company’s Global Values and Expectations Learning programme. Along with providing subject matter expertise for Behavioural Science across Global Ethics and Compliance, providing guidance and tools to help identify and mitigate local behaviours across enterprise risks and business units.

Essential skills and interests

The successful individual will have a passion for behavioural science and be able to demonstrate this through delivering high quality, timely and impactful projects. A good understanding of the behavioural science literature and how it can be applied as demonstrated through prior work experience is required. Experience of managing collaborative research projects (ideally randomised controlled trials and other evaluation methods) will be valuable. The role will require strong data analytic skills, to identify trends in existing data sets and implement robust measurement and evaluation metrics.

Ideally candidates will be educated to degree level (or equivalent) in behavioural science, and will have significant experience using appropriate analytical concepts and techniques relating to behavioural science research.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced behavioural scientist to utilise and build upon their skillset in a global organisation. If this sounds like the opportunity for you, please apply now with your CV, and feel free to contact Tom Kirkpatrick at CY Partners on 07851 246 849 for more information.

Telephone or video interviews will still be going ahead for this position in the coming weeks despite the current Covid-19 situation.
