CY Partners are currently looking to recruit a Bio-Processing Scientist to join a growing Life Sciences company based outside of Newcastle on an initial 6-month temporary contract. This role will be as a Level 1 scientist and will be focused on delivering products to the customer correctly and on time.


You will be responsible for supporting all TCP related manufacturing (including manufacture of raw materials) and dispensing finished products in line with customer needs and you will undertake basic laboratory work such as media preparation and dilution calculations.


There will be use of some specialized equipment such as pH meters and pipettes to use as well.



  • A BSc degree in a Life Science subject, or equivalent lab experience
  • Some prior experience in a Lab setting would be preferred
  • A hardworking, enthusiastic and personable attitude
