CY Partners have an exciting opportunity for a competent scientific administrator to join a global company at their site in Livingston.

The role will mainly involve providing administration support to Regulatory Management at the site. You will support activities relating to regulatory submissions and requests: retrieval of documents, preparation of submissions, completion of logs and databases, administration and archiving of documents, records and files. You’ll work alongside Notary and Competent Authorities to obtain notarised documents and free sale certificates.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous experience of quality or regulatory work within the life science sector
  • A Degree qualification (or equivalent) in a life science or technical discipline, although it’s not essential.
  • Strong communication skills and be computer literate (MS Word and Excel are essential), and you’ll need to be reliable, resourceful and can capable of accurate, quality work.
