My client is a growing CRO who use innovative approaches to develop and validate bioanalytical tests. Due to continued growth, an exciting opportunity is now available for a Senior Scientist – Flow Cytometry to join their site in London. Senior Scientist – Flow Cytometry will support the analysis of samples generated from clinical studies using immunological techniques such as flow cytometry, ELISA & ELISpot.

As a Senior Scientist – Flow Cytometry you will be responsible for optimising and developing various immunological assays used to analyse samples generated from clinical trials. You will act as the lead scientist for client projects, this will include writing analytical plans, planning and conducting experimental work, data analysis and report writing.

To be considered for the Senior Scientist – Flow Cytometry role you will need the following skills and experience;

• PhD in immunology or related discipline, or Masters with significant years post-graduate experience in immunology
• Experience of working in a regulated biotech or biopharma environment
• Proven practical experience in flow cytometry; ability to develop and run own assays
• Experience in running and analysing biomarker assays such as ELISA, ECL, ELISpot, MSD…
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal, organizational, strong sense of teamwork and multi-tasking skills.
• Ability to handle pressure, interact and function in a highly productive work environment
